SEATTLE DISTRICTS NOW - all Seattle voters deserve strong representation. This Charter Amendment changes the structure of the City Council from an at-large Council to a combination of 5 Councilmembers who represent a geographic district and 4 Councilmembers who are at-large. This split allows Seattle voters to still vote for a majority (5 of the 9) of Councilmembers.
